烏特勒支大學（Utrecht University，簡稱：UU）是世界頂尖公立研究型大學和百強名校，荷蘭最古老大學之一，也是歐洲規模最大的大學之一。
烏特勒支大學建立於1636年，該校位於荷蘭第四大城市烏特勒支。迄今為止，烏特勒支大學共培養出12位諾貝爾獎得主以及15位斯賓諾莎獎得主。學校現為歐洲研究型大學聯盟和世界大學聯盟等組織成員。
